My favourite travel destination in India

  


Camping in Rishikesh might be the perfect vacation for some people but not me. 

We spent a lot of time just walking the street of Rishikesh. The mystical environment give you the feeling of inner peace, just by being there and breathing in the city! The holy river Ganga, the Sadhus, the Yoga, the international tourists that mingle here like locals and the Hindu mythology! There is just so much to absorb and imbibe here, that just a day can feel like a trip of the lifetime. And that’s what I recently did, a one day trip to Rishikesh. And trust me, it was the best!

As everyone knows, Rishikesh is famous as the Hindu Pilgrimage town and is regarded as one of the holiest places in the Hindu Culture. Rishikesh is located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, it is known as The Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas. It is a part of Uttrakhand, and is around 45 km from Dehradun, the state capital. Rishikesh is also famous as the Yoga Capital of the World.

I am not a adventure type of person and the place is just full of adventures and i had several bad experiences like my all the stuff was stolen and a lot other little bad things which i just don't want to recall well that was my luck and i don't think so that i will ever consider going to that place again.

  I did my Internship in Indore and I feel it’s the best city in India. I ndore has been crowned the cleanest city in the country for the fourth time in a row this year. The single most important reason for Indore bagging this title is the combined efforts of the city’s people, its public representatives and government officials. Indore’s journey is inspiring, and the steps it took are now being followed by many cities in India and across the globe. When Indore started working towards this in 2016, it had many challenges to face. Municipal waste management systems and processes were not in place, and infrastructure was negligible. There were no material recovery facilities, transfer stations and processing units. Composting facilities were non-operational.
